Bad service
Our phone lines have been dead for the passed week now every time we call telkom they never answer their phones so I logged a fault through the voice automated control system a reference was sent to us the following day a message was sent to please rate a technician that was sent out to assist us yet no one came out I am very upset with the service of telkom
