BAD SERVICE

I app**** for a Telkom Cell phone contract that was approved but No stock of the phone since 05/11/15 it is the 08/12/15 I am still waiting for a call to collect my phone but to my surprise still nothing , I have to keep on calling and no one answers the phone . I walked into the branch on the 07/12/15 and called the number from my cell phone and the staff were not busy but still no one answered as the 3 of them stood and carried on chatting to one another \ THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE"why advertise an item when you have no stock"
