Bad service

I was in arrears by tlkom mobile. So they deducted R1500 and the next day I paid in R750. I called in because I saw they weren't picking up the R1500 they deducted from my account. They told me they would clear it up but now they want to suspend my account due to me being in arrears but I'm fully paid up
