Bad service

I have been on the phone to telkom call center now for an hour. But I was now transferred Twice as the consultant taking the call was not able to help

Logged a call on 28 Jan due to slow network. 0mbps. Tech attended to problem but we were being throttled. Today its 1mbps download and 4mbps upload. It is suppose to be 10mbps
