Bad service

I called 8ta seeking assistance because I could not connect to the internet using my phone as a wifi hotspot as I kept on getting 'can't connect to this network' error but the consultant's listening skills were very poor as I had to repeat myself over and over again but still she didn't get my query or should I say lacked knowledge to assist me. When I asked to speak to the person she is getting the information from I was told she is busy and no one is available to help me then she dropped the call after being on the phone for more than an hour. <br> <br> Really dissatisfied about this
