Worst Bad service ever!!

I've been double debited requested for refund its been 2 weeks

no one is getting back to me!! Been calling, visiting the store no conclusion, honestly this is draining!!!

Bought 2 phones last year November and they both come out with watches only one was received been going to and FRO still haven't received the 2nd one till this day
