Bad service

Telkom is paid every month by millions of consumers, yet many of us struggle with the bad network in our areas. Telkom does not maintain their towers, which makes the network absolutely horrible. Working from home has just become a massive pain because of the bad network provided by Telkom. I cannot go to another area every time I need to work. The point of having wifi at home is for convenience but that does not seem to be the case with Telkom. In addition, when one contacts their call centres, nothing gets resolved because the service is just so pathetic. Consumers are paying every month for interrnet they don't get to use!!!!!
