Bad service

Yesterday i and a friend went to buy data,when we get to store we notice 1client at the counter and one looking around.we get sanitized and Trainee by Door tells us one at a time,fine so i asked because you have 3 consultants working do we wait outside to buy data.because we were not there to for contracts or other things.tjooo the lady spoke rudely and raised her voice.instead of saying she will ask.im very dissapointed by her attitude and behavior towars clients we then went to PEP to buy the data.
