Bad service

Such a huge organisation with no service whatsoever. Yesterday I spent the entire day trying to get assistance. You get to a certain point with one of the consultants and then your call gets cut. They have a messaging system that is uselss because there is no solution offered. They keep asking for the same details over and over again but nothing gets done. I haven't had proper internet connection for the past 3 weeks and nobody can tell me why. Useless service really.
