BAD SERVICE

My bank account was debited on Monday then Wednesday my services were suspended. When I phoned Telkom they said that they are awaiting payment to reflect. Thursday they send me a sms confirming payment and that services will be restored during the day. Today (Saturday) still no service!!!! I phoned Telkom again then the lady said it can take up yo 14 working days to restore!!! Why did they then send me the sms? I pay R4500pm for wifi, are they going to reinburse me for the 2K for the 2 weeks that they are unable to do there job?? TERRIBLE service will not recommend to anyone
