Bad service

My 24 contract ended in May to my surprise i got debited R924.70 today after i told an online consultant that i wont be rrenewing my contract ,this is upsetting and annoying ive been your customer for more 6years i have never encountered this kind of service I wont be renewing my contract im very much dissapointed
