I spoke to a Njabulo from telkom at 13:28, he was so nonchalant and lacked empathy, he wasn't even willing to assist me further with my query even when there was an option to do so, he further decided to let the call run without saying anything further, he went even further and muted my call, I had to call back because he was no longer responding.
