bad service

I went there 4 weeks to back to purchase a phone, I filled the forms and attached the necessary documentation the guy who was helping me said he will call me and he never got back to me. After two weeks I went back since I haven't heard anything from him, when I got there he said the system is low so he can't do anything. I then asked when can I get the phone he said I Dont know how long will it take but he will call me. I'm still waiting for that call even now.<br>
