Bad service

I was expecting a delivery which was instructed to telkom that i will be accepting the delivery my sister will be receiving it on my behalf. The delivery guy refused to give my sister my headset and pushed her fighting over the phone. Mind you my sister has got stiches as an operation last week Thursday. I seriously don't understand why would he behave like an animal. And Telkom insurance for being so inefficient. I had specifically stated the delivery instructions and address but still had to contact courierit co to rectify the error of thw address they had submitted. And again today my sister gets pushed and swore at and still haven't received my headset
