Bad service

I took a contract with Telkom which we agreed on flat rate of R350 , unfortunately the agreement was not effected on the system by one of their employees, then I found a bill that state that I need to pay R932, I went to the shop to seek clarity on the matter, they agreed that the staff member was fired due to misconduct however they are refusing to assist as far as billing as it was a mistake from their side.
