Bad service

I just joined telkom and I'm honestly not happy with their service. They don't communicate with me and just start debuting different amount on my account as they please. They are even charging me R200 for a reversal on their side which doesn't make sense to me. I called the call center to try and get a clear explanation but ended up saying it's fine because I was not getting any joy. I regret taking up this contract because according to me they are ******** me and doing as they want on my account. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone.
