Bad service

Bad service ,I was billed for two months although I did not receive the sim and fone and was not using the network because I was waiting for the porting to go through and when i finally picked up the fone yesterday 11/07/2019 and not even an hour after receiving the unit it blocked and when i took it back I was told to to take it to Clearwater mall because there are technician there that can assist,the fone was not even a day old
