bad service

called in to enquire about company contract lines yesterday and I was told the owner of the company needs to send an authority letter and it would be uploaded within 30minutes. called in again today and spoke to Nontobeko Gxabashe. she said the letter has not yet been uploaded. asked her to talk to the authorising department and she refused. I also asked to speak to the manager and she refused yet yesterday I could talk to the manager. I cant get help yet we have a number which we do nit know who it belongs to. we are loosing money in the process.
