Bad service

Telkom mobile does it again, so Saturday I went to do a sim swap just to get a nano sim, so I waited, finally I get to speak to the consultant, guess what!!???!"System is offline" anyway paperwork filled out, was told by 4pm on Saturday my sim should be working anyway I waited 24hrs before phoning the store, I was told the consultant will call me back in an hour, he did not call, called the store yesterday and today no help, rica has not gone through
