Bad Service

So telkom porting service has been down since 2 weeks now the sms line don't go through and as well as da consultants have no idea about porting... I wanted to port my network to telkom and have failed on numerous occasions I called the center and they say there's nothing they can do to help me and they not sure how long the service will be offline for. And u need to go to a telkom store.. And where I live there's no telkom store which means me driving for 2hours to get to a telkom store...Not as simple as they say it is to port to telkom... Thinking of staying with my network and 4 family members where also going to port to telkom but not anymore...
