bad service

ok so i bought mo'nice data last month, if i am not mistaken it was 10am n than i rec that data right at 11pm mind yu it was gonna expire same day for some reason i received it twice, so i thought no maybe they is a problem with my line, i did not rec the data sam time, the following day i called telkom they said it will be resolved n i will get my airtime back, until today doriro i hv not even rec a scent from them, instead they gave me a case number, i followed up on the case n guec what they said the systems r down i must wait they do not know after how many days will it take for it to b up and running, i am very much close to walking away from this network
