Bad service. ????????????????

I’ve been trying to contact customer care since yesterday to lodge a dispute on my bill. I would get through with n answer machine and once I press the button for dispute the phone just hangs up. I also tried chatting to customer care online but since I waited for the next available service provider till today. Telkom overcharge their customers then decide not to take call from us.
