Bad service

Landline ( ********** ) I got a new wireless phone delivered on the 26 April. Up until now its still not working. I phone 4 times long conversation to register the sim didn't help.I went in to telkom stre Promenade to go and talk to Lerato 15 May 2019. He promised me it will be sorted out and the landline will be up and running soon. Today it still not working/ Canit be fix and somebody phone me and explain to me what is the problem.
