Bad Service

I have a problem with Telkom that's in Westgate Mall . Took a contract for a bundle deal that includes a laptop . I used it for 3 weeks and the laptop charging pot stopped . I took it back to the service provider for repairs on the 31st of March . I have weren't to the store several times for assistance but nothing has happened . I am very disappointed in Telkom service be wise this is the second they have failed me as a customer .
