Bad Service.

Telkom call center is horrible! I'd rather go stand at home affairs than phone their call center, you wait about 45 minutes for someone to answer your call, then you speak to people who are *********** and have no idea what they are doing, they put you on hold about 3 or 4 times while they "check" their systems. Their accounts department is even worse, NO ONE has a clue whats going on and cannot justify their charges. for the first couple of months after opening a contract with them, i got my "package" thereafter i was billed for everything. EXTREMELY sorry i took out a contract with such a terrible company.
