Bad service

Well this sucks as i was debited my account.... but was harrassed for weeks to pay even though it was taken from account. I was given warnings n notices for black listing. Now u have blacklisted me for something i have paid. You send me an invoice for this month for a huge amount including last month which was taken off. This so wrong as i am now blocked because of telkom and their unreliable accounts department who does not know how to do their jobs properly... i am contacting my lawyers in the morning
