Likes lies lies from Telling staff Alberton, on Monday the 1st April 2019, I accompanied my brother to buy a P Smart 2019 and we're assured that the store had stock. Now on this day the 03 April we submit the required documents, we are now told there was never stock for this phone. We have travelled so far for this lies and my brother was subjected to sub standard treatment. I'm now also considering migrating to other networks. It is for the second time that my brother has gone through this situation in Alberton. The first time he app**** for a Huewaei P20 Lite and never got feedback. Telkom needs to start respecting their customers and go an extra mile to meet their needs.
