BAD SERVICE

I have logged 4 calls with telkom. I have no line since 28 Feb 19. They have closed one call because apparently my service has been restored. (NOT). They have cancelled another call because apparently I cancelled it. (Would like to know when). And no one is responding. I have spent so much on internet for my phone just to be able to work and no one knows what is going on. Is there anyone that can get Telkom to come and fix the line???
