Bad service

I have had very bad service from the telkom help desk.

I called on Saturday enquiring about my data not being loaded, I was told to wait for 72 hours for feedback. 72 hours passed but no feedback.

I then called back to follow up on my case but no one seems to give me answers .

So much incompetence
