BAD SERVICE

please be advised we received the new wireless phone as recommended but we are not happy with your service -as per packet no sim card was included - no agent came to RICA the phone - received message states its been restored – yet still not working even today - waited for service since last year only end February the matter was dealt with - no apology was sent forth for your delay this resulted that my husband is no longer interested – need his overpayment to be refunded a.s.a.p. as we’ve been loyal clients to you for years never skipped your subscriptions you keep on sending empty promises via e-mails and sms’s and we were in a desperation situation to have it and to keep contact all the time for the situation that was beyond our control now it over and done and we were willing to use your device but you failed us for months waiting for your assistance. will take the sealed packet back to any TELKOM branches with immediate effect. we trust all is in order
