Bad Service

Horrible experience. Firstly it takes an hour or more before a person gets a response from your call centre, then I get sent from pillar to post for a simple laptop contract that was approved 2 weeks ago. You were so quick to debit money from my bank account now there is nothing to delivery. My advise to TELKOM, don't approve orders of products you don't have in stock. Even worse, take money from your customer when you know you don't have a product to deliver. I've called 5 times already with no approriate response. I even went on to change a product for another one, still they have no stock. It looks like Telkom is selling "No Stock" these days.
