BAD SERVICE

I app**** for a new contract with Telkom last tuesday 13/10/20. I was told the device will be received in 5 to 7 working days. On 15/10/2020 a debit order went through, yet I still haven't received the device. When I called to query I was told the amount will be refunded into my account in the second month of the contract as they wanted to make sure that it was my account. The lady I spoke to assured me that the device wilk be received this week, but still nothing. I called again today, the lady I spoke to said my order wasn't even captured on the system just yet, so I might be receiving my device next week "IF" the order is captured. This is just poor se4voce from Telkom
