BAD SERVICE

Telkom itself and the Cresta Shopping centre branch is the worst! It has been almost 2 weeks since my fiance app**** for a contract at Telkom and no one has even contacted her in this regard! The lady at Cresta shopping centre named Neo always has excuses when we try to contact her, last week she said she was not in for 2 days, then when we tried to phone again she said it is telkom contract department or whatever that is offline, Saturday 16/02/2019 we went back to Cresta and talked to Neo who advised us that she had e-mailed someone who is dealing with the application and that she would phone my fiance Monday 18/02/2019 morning confirming what is taking so long because they were once again offline for 2 days? This morning she still didnt phone nor anyone else from telkom, we sent emails to Neo and she doesnt even reply nor phone. I would just like to warn everyone that Telkom and their staff does not take their clients seriously nor do they want new clients. This is just unacceptable from a big company like Telkom not to even keep their clients up to date.
