BAD SERVICE

I have been to telkom in Menlyn and the person over the phone who the consultant and I spoke to is so ridiculously dumb sorry to say but there is no other word. I can't believe people get paid a salary and they cant even explain or assist you. So I have been billed a whole month for FEBRUARY 2019 and I don't even have data what the hell??? Really ?? So please call me and sort this **** out I wont be paying and just try and deduct this from my account I will be taking this to the newspapers because this is ridiculous.
