Bad service

i know people always complaining about telkom and i can see why as i logged multiple calls to them it was just closed off and not resolved the consultants are idiots they don't know what they doing or saying also does not respect customers i sent a mail to the escalations department no response i wish there was competition for them as they think they hold the monopoly .
