Bad service

I had a contract with Telkom for two years and they where taking my on my account every month on the 25. last year my contract ended and they where calling me for upgrade and I told them that I am fine. after couple of months I so that they where still taking money on my account. when I went to the branch they said I must cancel the contract for which no one told me that. it was find I did cancel in January on my month statement I so that I must pay more money, when I tried to call them they where not answering their phone. I paid them again. last week I so that I must till pay R1900, when I call they said I did not pay for which there money on my account.
