Bad service

I app**** for a contract last year DEC , only to do an application 2 weeks later , when being pre approved I was not told the phone was out of stock . Telkom then debits my acc for the first instalment only then for me to get an SMS to say the phone is out of stock n I now need to wait . I then reversed the debit order and emailed them to let them know I reversed the debit order and also to cancel the application, yet yesterday I got an SMS to say the package will be delivered in 24 hours. How exactly does this work ? I need an agent to call me back asap because your process does not make sense to me
