BAD SERVICE

service at telkom it leave a bad taste in my mouth its been a month that i have not internet access plus my telephone line is not working, i reported the fault was sent from pillar to post the agents they don't seem to have clue whats happening one day they tell you a technician is assigned to my query the next they still waiting for my query to be assigned. Even their supervisors cant help you with anything i have accumulated a whole lot of ref numbers that don't help me with anything, if you want peace of mind telkom is not an option........
