Bad service!!!!

I took out a new cellphone contract on 15 November 2018 with Telkom. The phone only arrived on 23 December 2018, I immediately started using the new phone, but to my dissapointment the battery of the phone did not even last half a day without me even using the phone. I contacted Telkom several times to report the issue and they logged several calls for the phone to be collected from me an a new one be sent, needless to say as on the 14th of January 2019 I still have the phone with the battery that does not last and no new phone. This is completely unacceptable, shame on you Telkom!!!!
