BAD SERVICE

Someone has commited ***** last year december with my ID yet they have biometric devices instore. what are these biometric devices for if they going to bypass negative results anyway. My number has been suspended since december 13, I have lost out on opportunuties because of this. I havent received feedback regarding this even after i submitted docs. the agents are sending me from pillar to post. Can this be fixed.
