Bad service

Scheduled maintenance done on 13th December 2018 where they broke my speed of my internet and had to phone daily with no response feom them eventually got repaired only to find out the speed dropped again.phoned in again and they tell it will take 72 hours for technician to despatched.perthetic Telkom service...
