Bad service!

I have been trying to get my telephone and adsl services reinstalled at my home.After applying online , I was called by an agent after going through the process of applying I was told that i would receive a work order number. After 5 days of waiting I finally got a work order number. My status on the work order remained the same for about a week before I called them again. Talking to a new consultant it shows on their system that there is no work order placed after all and nothing can be done accept reaplying again. This took 42 min on my own airtime to do and before we could finish the line went dead.
