bad service

I ordered a phone online on the 19th of November and I was assisted by Sphiwe from sales department. they debited my account on the 22 November .On the last week Sunday I received a SMS saying that I will be getting my order in the next 3 to 5 days. also sent me a tracker number to trace my order. Only to find out when I called today that they don't have stock anymore and there was no communication that was supp**** to me. To think that I have always respect Telkom company and this **** service we get. I want the order cancelled and my money returned back. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me
