Bad service

I app**** for a mobile phone 3 weeks ago, still haven’t received it. They telling me the order was cancelled but they debuted my account. When I call them they keep sending me from pillar to post no one has the answers. I have then everything they wanted from me as proof but no one is helping me out still.
