Bad service

Hi I logged a call with telkom to come and have a look at our landline that has been out of service and they still have not come out as yet. We are having a big problem with telkom taking their own time to do things yet we pay every month... this is really unfair to the customer... if we don't pay one month telkom phones us continuously for their money yet when we call them out to fix our lines they take their own time. This is very poor and very bad service ?????
