Bad service

I app**** for a sim card for a landline at Telkom Northgate Shop 3 months ago and they said taht we will call you once the sim card is ready. after a month i went back to the store and they said that it was not yet ready they will call me. After 2 week Sinini Danisa said that the sim was ready.I went to took the sim and it was not active i called her and she said that i know that it is not yet active i will call. Now its 3 weeks the sim is not yet active. When i called her she said that Salome Lehlaka from the head office is processing it. Like now if i send or call Sinini Danisa she is not responding to me.
