Bad service

App**** for a relocation of my telephone line 3 October 2018 still nothing if I call the call center they say they can't locate my address here is the strange part I have a Telkom line for 8 years at the address I want the other line to be relocated to and I stay in midfle of town bad bad bad Telkom
