Bad Service.

Telkom Mobile. Two years ago when I made application for an LTE it was approved but nothing was discussed with me at all. When I called in and enquired this was after I got the unit I got told go read it up. Thats not how it works. Everything must be explained to you prior to signing the application. I cancelled and after a long struggle through Attorneys I was credited according to Telkom via email of which I have a copy but never advised that I would be listed on ITC as default. Now I am unable to purchase anything and nobody from Telkom will assist. Why let the Attorneys know my account has been credited and closed but then list me as a default. This is totally unacceptable.
