Bad service

I app**** for my upgrade online on Tuesday 22 Oct'18. I received a sms advising that I'll be contacted. I requested to be called back online regarding my upgrade. I was contacted on Friday 26 Oct'18 , the Lady advised that she would get the upgrade department to contact me regarding my pre-order application. Its been exactly a week & i have still not been contacted.
