Bad service

Telkom is so delayed. I have been phoning them for the past month. It seems like the technicians and the people at the call centre get paid for nothing. A girl named Trisha/Trusha backchatted me when I told her their service is terrible. Excuse me! She does not pay for nothing. They took R500 more from me and I made a query still they haven't did anything. Rude people working at the call centre and they are ***********. No sympathy for their customers. I took out the contract for occupation purposes and now it is a struggle for me. They sent a technician he came here and never informed me on what happened whether they fixed a cable. I relocated and it is so difficult getting them to install it. It is ridiculous.
